This Privacy Policy explains how Uncapped, a belgian company of origine, collects and uses information from users of its product, the PadelScout software, for installed based, webbased, smartphone or tablet as further described in the PadelScout Service conditions (which fully apply) and on the PadelScout Website (this includes both https://app.padelscout.beand https://padelscout.be) as well as the purpose of such collection and use. PadelScout is committed to ensure your privacy, will safeguard the information you supply and use it only in accordance with the following provisions and the GTCS, and in compliance with applicable privacy and personal data protection legislation.

We are using the following cookies to keep records of your visits, to better tailor your future visits to your preferences and generally to improve your navigational experience. Your personal data will be retained for as a long as you are a user of PadelScout and will be suppressed within 12 months thereafter. Measures will also be taken to safeguard against unauthorised or unlawful processing and accidental loss or destruction or damage to the data.
By accessing or using PadelScout, PadelScout may process certain personal data relating to your account and usage of PadelScout, such as your first and family names, birth date, email address, telephone number, padel club preference, playing time preference, padel partner preference and your player details including match preferences, court side preferences, racket brand preference, tournament and interclub preference as well as publicly (via websites or API) available padel data about you such as (historic) Padel Vlaanderen tournament results, (historic) Padel Vlaanderen rankings, Padel Vlaanderen photo, padel club membership or subscription as well as login, access rights and log files of PadelScout. You acknowledge that these personal data may be collected and processed for the purposes of creating, identifying, verifying and managing the Customer Account (as defined in the GTCS), controlling your access rights, contacting you and answering to your queries, correcting assignments of access and functions, identifying use/misuse of the Services and Additional Services (as defined in the GTCS). In addition, PadelScout may process your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including via the PadelScout platform or by email or telephone (subject to your prior consent where necessary). PadelScout may process your personal and user data to help Padel Vlaanderen offer better service to Padel Vlaanderen registered players but only when in line with the terms and conditions you agreed with Padel Vlaanderen when registering (only Padel Vlaanderen members are permitted to create a PadelScout account).
Agreeing that PadelScout may disclose your personal data to its sub-contractors and partners for the above-mentioned purposes, both inside and outside the European Economic Area, namely our website hosting provider. Appropriate contractual measures will be taken to ensure the security of your personal data in compliance with the applicable privacy and personal data protection legislation. A copy of those appropriate contractual measures can be provided upon request.
You are entitled to access your personal data, as collected and processed by Uncapped and request the modification or suppression of personal data relating to you if it is incorrect or unnecessary.
